Turntabling at HorrorHound Weekend

Turntabling is at HorrorHound Weekend in Cincinnati. I’ve got the usual table full of vinyl rarities and oddities. This time out the table includes the vinyl Game of Death soundtrack on Dagored Records, Motorhead on vinyl, Goblin titles including the now out-of-print Tenebre, Dawn of the Dead and Suspiria on vinyl…plus some Morricone naturally, the vinyl El Topo soundtrack and too many others to name.

Come out and see us at HorrorHound Weekend! I’ll be posting pics and updates from the HorrorHound floor at my Facebook page so hop over and have a look if you can’t make it out to the show.

Turntabling will have a booth packed full of rare vinyl and other fun finds at HorrorHound Weekend in Cincinnati Ohio. This is our second year with the HorrorHound folks and it is always a great time whether in Indianapolis or in Cincinnati. This year’s lineup promises to be amazing–Malcom McDowell, Linda Blair, Bill Moseley and many others all waiting to meet you.

Turntabling has a table full of surprises, too. I’ve come into some very tasty rare titles on vinyl lately and vinyl junkies should DEFINITELY come by and say hello. Would you like to get your hands on the vinyl Inglorious Basterds soundtrack? Or how about Pan’s Labyrinth on vinyl? A bit of Goblin you don’t already own? There’s even a few rarities on CD you’ll want to see…come out and get chatty with us at HorrorHound Weekend!

HorrorHound Weekend is located at the Crowne Plaza Cincinnati North 11320 Chester Road, Cincinnati Ohio 45246. We hear the Crowne Plaza is fully booked, but there are other hotels literally seconds away that still seem to have rooms available.

Pink Filth Sugar Shock Limited Edition LP NOW ON SALE

Pink-Filth-Sugar-Shock

Now on sale at Turntabling, the legendary Texas bubblewave power pop combo PINK FILTH’s Sugar Shock LP. This is a very rare, limited edition slice of genuine Texas pop goodness.

Riff Rambo, Nick Velvet, and Baby Jessica deliver the goods on this candy-coated slab of vinyl deliciousness on sale here for the first time–and VERY difficult to find anywhere. It’s NOT available on CD or MP3, so this fun, bouncy record is an excellent buy while supplies last.

Regionally known in Texas for crazy, glittery live performances, the album captures all the fun of the live shows but studio crafted to perfection. Standout tracks include I (heart) Plastic Bags, the laid back-but-groovy TV Screen, and the unofficial theme song for Turntabling Records, Vinyl Junkie, which is worth the entire price of the LP–this song ROCKS, and totally describes what Turntabling is all about in the process–we can’t help ourselves!

Sadly, this is currently the only vinyl LP available for Pink Filth since the awesome Seventeen Bubblegum Smashes has been long out of print. If you ever find a copy of  THAT one, buy it immediately and revel in it. You’re one of the few.

Sugar Shock is one of the major highlights of  Texas indie music vinyl releases from the 2000 decade. Get it while you can!
